Terms & Conditions for the White Label Website Insiders Buyout License
Effective Date: Jan 1, 2025

By purchasing the Buyout License for White Label Website Insiders (WLWI), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and access privileges as a Buyout License holder — whether you paid in full or chose our payment plan.

What You’re Getting

The Buyout License grants you lifetime access to all current and future WLWI templates, tools, trainings, and digital assets, including:

✔️ Full template library on your tier. Squarespace if you are Squarespace, Systeme.io if you are Systeme.io. etc.
✔️ Resell rights to use templates in your own business or with clients
✔️ Future template drops and updates-as defined by the buyout license page at the time of purchase.
✔️ Access to trainings, marketing materials, and bonuses
✔️ No ongoing subscription required

Payment Terms

You may purchase the Buyout License in one of two ways:

1️⃣ One-Time Payment

If you paid in full, you’re all set! Your lifetime license is active and secure.

2️⃣ Payment Plan

If you chose the payment plan option, please note:

You are committing to pay the full balance of the Buyout License, even if you pay in installments.
This is not a “cancel anytime” subscription.

We offer the payment plan as a flexible courtesy, not a month-to-month membership. Your license is contingent upon completing all scheduled payments.

If your payment fails, is skipped, or canceled early:

• Your license and access will be suspended immediately

• You must cease using or reselling WLWI templates

• We reserve the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balance

Refund Policy

All Buyout License purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of payment method. Because full access is granted immediately (even with the first payment), we cannot offer refunds.

Please review all details carefully before purchasing. We’re happy to answer questions in advance — just reach out!

Usage License

This Buyout License grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, lifetime license to customize and resell WLWI templates under your own brand.

You may:

• Modify and rebrand templates

• Use them for client work, digital product sales, or personal business

• Sell as part of a 1:1 service or bundle

You may not:

• Share, gift, or sell the original templates “as-is”

• Include them in any resale-focused membership, marketplace, or MRR-style offer

• Grant access to others outside of completed client work

Earnings Disclaimer

We do not promise any specific income or success. Your results depend on your own strategy, niche, and effort. WLWI is a tool — how you use it is up to you.

Termination Clause

If you fail to complete your payment plan or violate these terms, your license will be revoked and you must discontinue use of all WLWI resources.
